WHAT IS ROOF RESTORATION?

Deep Cleaning

We remove moss, algae, and debris from your roof using our soft wash process that protects shingle integrity while removing stains and buildup from your roof.

Structural Repairs

Fixing leaks, replacing damaged shingles, and securing flashings to ensure your roof's foundation is 100% weather-tight.

Performance Tune-ups

Installation of new vent pipe caps, sealing around chimneys or skylights, and covering any exposed fasteners to maximize efficiency and prevent future issues.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical roof restoration take?

Most residential roof restorations are completed in two visits, but each visit is typically less than one day. Depending on the size of the roof and the extent of necessary repairs, our team works efficiently to minimize any disruption to your daily routine.

Is restoration better than a full replacement?

If your roof is structurally sound but showing signs of aging, restoration is often the choice that provides the most value. It costs significantly less, locks in your roof's current condition for an additional 8 years, and is a much more sustainable option than sending old shingles to a landfill.  However, nothing is ever going to be better than a new roof.

What types of roofs can be restored?

We specialize in restoring asphalt shingle roofing systems. Our high-performance coating is specifically engineered for rehydrating the asphalt in the shingle which makes it more flexible and ultimately more durable to withstand the elements, but our product also creates a barrier coating that improves granule retention which is the primary component to reducing the degradation of your shingles.

Does roof restoration come with a warranty?

Yes! We offer a comprehensive 8-year warranty on our restoration services, giving you peace of mind that your home remains protected by locking in the condition of your roof and extending it's expected service life.
